The Baby in the Basket is a 2025 British gothic war horror film written by Tom Jolliffe and co-directed by Andy Crane and Nathan Shepka.^[2] It stars Amber Doig-Thorne, Michaela Longden, Elle O'Hara, Lisa Riesner, Nathan Shepka, Annabelle Lanyon, Paul Barber and Maryam d'Abo.

It's 1944 and World War II rages on as the nuns of isolated Scottish monastery St. Augustine's prepare for an incoming storm front. During the night a baby in a basket is left on the doorstep and the sisters take it in to care for it. As the evening goes on, one nun, Sister Agnes soon suspects the child is the son of the Devil.
